Galatasaray's Kutlu's take: 'Championships aren't won with transfers'
After Galatasaray's 2-1 victory over Lecce in a friendly match, Berkan Kutlu spoke out. "Our rivals don’t concern us. We’ve been champions for the last two years. We focus solely on ourselves. Championships aren’t won with transfers," said Berkan Kutlu.

Galatasaray defeated Italy's Lecce 2-1 in their fourth friendly match during their Austrian camp. Following the match, Berkan Kutlu shared his thoughts.
“Our Rivals Don’t Concern Us”
Reflecting on the win, Berkan Kutlu said, "We won, and we are very happy. Our camp period is going well. I live every day in a way that befits Galatasaray. It’s very gratifying for me. There are still many areas where I can improve. I hope I can help my team with a bigger role this season. I want to do whatever it takes for Galatasaray to win. Hopefully, I will score more goals and provide more assists this season. I can play as a left-back and center-back when needed, but I feel better in the midfield. The seasons are very long and intense."
When asked about the transfers of Fenerbahçe and Beşiktaş, the 26-year-old player said, "Our rivals don’t concern us. We’ve been champions for the last two years. We focus solely on ourselves. Championships aren’t won with transfers. We are concentrated on Galatasaray. Our duty is to focus on our work and do the best we can."
