Turkish stock exchange up at open
BIST 100 index gains around 12.8 points at opening session

The Turkish benchmark stock index opened Tuesday at 10.780,64 points, up by 0.12% or 12.79 points from the previous close.
On Monday, the BIST 100 index dropped by 0.03% to 10,767.85 points with a daily transaction volume of 97 billion liras ($2.94 billion).
The US dollar/Turkish lira (USD/TRY) exchange rate was 32.9355 as of 10 a.m. (0700GMT), the EUR/TRY rate stood at 35.3860, while the GBP/TRY rate was 41.7895.
The price of one ounce of gold was $2,327.40, and the barrel price of Brent oil was around $85.10.
