Galatasaray extends Dries Mertens' contract

In an official statement, Galatasaray said, "The contract of our professional football player Dries Mertens has been extended for the 2024-2025 season. Accordingly, the player will receive a net annual salary of €2.900.000."

During his two seasons with Galatasaray, Mertens led the team to championships both times and finished last season as the assist leader.

The 37-year-old player has appeared in a total of 84 matches for Galatasaray, scoring 19 goals and providing 23 assists.
