Beşiktaş triumphs in the Super Cup: Galatasaray 0-5 Beşiktaş
Beşiktaş claimed the Super Cup by defeating Galatasaray 5-0 in the final. The goals that secured the victory for the black-and-whites were scored by Ciro Immobile (2), Jonas Svensson, Rafa Silva, and Mustafa Hekimoğlu.

In the 18th edition of the Turkcell Super Cup organized by the Turkish Football Federation (TFF), Beşiktaş faced Galatasaray at the Olympic Stadium. Beşiktaş won the match with a decisive 5-0 scoreline.
The goals for Beşiktaş were scored in the 21st second and the 81st minute by Ciro Immobile, in the 53rd minute by Jonas Svensson, in the 90+1st minute by Rafa Silva, and in the 90+2nd minute by Mustafa Hekimoğlu. Galatasaray’s Victor Nelsson was sent off with a red card in the 87th minute, leaving his team with 10 players.
Beşiktaş Wins for the Third Time
This victory marked Beşiktaş's third win in the 18th edition of the Super Cup. The black-and-white team has now taken the Turkcell Super Cup to their museum three times.
Immobile Sets a New Record in His First Match
Beşiktaş's new signing, Ciro Immobile, broke a record previously held by Galatasaray’s Argentine star Mauro Icardi in his first official match.
Immobile found the net in the 23rd second of the match, starting his career at Beşiktaş with a goal and breaking Icardi’s record set at the 50th second.
With their new coach Giovanni van Bronckhorst and newly acquired players, Beşiktaş began the new season by gifting their fans a trophy.
Next week, Beşiktaş will face Samsunspor away in the first week of the Süper Lig, while Galatasaray will host Hatayspor at home.
