Turkish stock exchange up at Thursday's open
BIST 100 index gains over 60 points at opening session

The Turkish benchmark stock index opened Thursday at 11,194.41 points, up by 0.54% or 60.33 points from the previous close.
On
Wednesday, the BIST 100 index was down by 0.05% to 11,134.08 points
with a daily transaction volume of 98.7 billion liras ($2.98 billion).
The
US dollar/Turkish lira (USD/TRY) exchange rate was 33.1000 as of 10.15
a.m. (0715GMT), the EUR/TRY rate stood at 36.2950, while the GBP/TRY
rate was 43.0220.
The price of one ounce of gold was $2,473.40, and the barrel price of Brent oil was around $84.85.
