Turkish stock exchange up at open
BIST 100 index gains around 11.6 points at opening session

The Turkish benchmark stock index opened Tuesday at 10,354.95 points, up by 0.11% or 11.64 points from the previous close.
On Monday, the BIST 100 index dropped by 2.86% to 10,343.31 points with a daily transaction volume of 99 billion liras ($3.03 billion).
The US dollar/Turkish lira (USD/TRY) exchange rate was 32.6880 as of 10 a.m. (0700GMT), the EUR/TRY rate stood at 35.1440, while the GBP/TRY rate was 41.3010.
The price of one ounce of gold was $2,329.70, and the barrel price of Brent oil was around $86.60.
