Turkish stock exchange flat at midweek opening
BIST 100 index marginally up by 0.52 points

The Turkish benchmark stock index opened Wednesday at 10,680.50 points, flat or 0.52 points up from the previous close.
On Tuesday, Borsa Istanbul's BIST 100 index fell 0.52% to 10,679.98 points with a daily transaction volume of 126.5 billion liras ($3.84 billion).
The US dollar/Turkish lira (USD/TRY) exchange rate was 32.9387 as of 9.57 a.m. (0657GMT), the EUR/TRY rate stood at 35.3270, and the GBP/TRY rate was 41.8234.
The price of one ounce of gold was $2,327.90, and the barrel price of Brent oil was around $84.72.
