Gantz to Lebanon: Prepare for war
Israeli War Cabinet member Benny Gantz warned the Israeli local leaders to prepare for war during a visit to northern Israel following a rocket attack from Lebanon.
According to Israeli news channel Channel 12, Gantz met with the mayors of some settlements along the border with Lebanon and warned them to “prepare for more difficult days”.
Gantz told the mayors, “Don't complain about today because the coming days may be more problematic. Get ready for tougher struggles and days that could lead us to war."
Fires broke out in some areas in northern Israel after rockets were fired by Hezbollah from Lebanon on Sunday.
