China adds 10 US firms to unreliable entity list, 15 to export control list
China on Tuesday announced that 10 US firms were added to its unreliable entity list and 15 to its export control list.

The companies on the unreliable entity list include TCOM Limited Partnership, Stick Rudder Enterprises LLC, Teledyne Brown Engineering Inc., Huntington Ingalls Industries Inc., S3 AeroDefense, Cubic Corporation, TextOre, ACT1 Federal, Exovera, and Planate Management Group, according to a Commerce Ministry statement.
China also announced that the US firm Illumina Inc. was added to the unreliable entity list last month, banning it from exporting gene sequencers to China.
These companies will be prohibited from engaging in import and export activities related to China and from making new investments within the country.
Additionally, 15 US companies were added to the export control list: Leidos, Gibbs & Cox Inc., IP Video Market Info Inc., Sourcemap Inc., Skydio Inc., Rapid Flight LLC, Red Six Solutions, Shield AI Inc., HavocAI, Neros Technologies, Group W, Aerkomm Inc., General Atomics Aeronautical Systems Inc., General Dynamics Land Systems, and AeroVironment.
The export of dual-use items to these 15 companies will also be banned, and all ongoing related export activities must be halted immediately, said the statement.
The bans are "lawful" and implemented to protect "the national sovereignty and security" of the country, it added.
