Armenia Officially Recognizes the State of Palestine

The Ministry emphasized that the only way to ensure the legitimate aspirations of both Palestinians and Israelis is to find a two-state solution to the Israel-Palestine conflict.

The statement read: "Armenia has always advocated for a peaceful and comprehensive resolution to the Palestinian issue on various international platforms and has supported the 'two-state' principle as the solution to the Israel-Palestine conflict. We believe this is the only way to ensure the legitimate aspirations of both Palestinians and Israelis."

The statement also added, "Based on the above and reaffirming its commitment to international law and the principles of equality, sovereignty, and the peaceful coexistence of peoples, the Republic of Armenia recognizes the State of Palestine."
