Aircraft crash kills 20, including Indian, Chinese nationals, in South Sudan
The death toll from a plane crash in South Sudan climbed to 20 on Wednesday, according to officials who said the dead includes Indian and Chinese nationals.

“Twenty are confirmed dead and one survived, although the victim is in critical condition and admitted to a hospital in Unity State,” Gatwech Bipal, minister of information and communication of the state, told Anadolu.
There were 21 passengers including crew members aboard the plane when it crashed, the minister said.
He was at the site of the accident after the plane crashed at the Unity Oil Field soon after taking off.
The plane was traveling from Unity State to the national capital of Juba. The pilot and co-pilot were among the dead.
The passengers were employees of the Greater Pioneer Operating Company Ltd. oil company, according to the manifest obtained by Anadolu.
