Uruguay defeats Panama 3-1 in Copa America
The excitement of the Copa America continued with two matches. In Group C, Uruguay triumphed over Panama with a 3-1 victory in a thrilling contest that went down to the wire.

In the Group C match, Uruguay faced off against Panama.
Uruguay started the game aggressively and took the lead in the 16th minute with a goal from Maximiliano Araujo. The first half ended with Uruguay up 1-0.
Panama began the second half strongly and played effectively but failed to find the net. In the final stages of the match, Darwin Nunez scored for Uruguay in the 85th minute, making it 2-0. In the 90+1st minute, Matias Vina added another goal, extending the lead to 3-0.
Panama, pushing for a goal in the closing moments, managed to score in the 90+4th minute through Michael Murillo, bringing the final score to 3-1.
With this result, Uruguay started the tournament with three points, while Panama remained without any points.
