Istanbulspor vs. Trabzonspor Trendyol Super Lig match halted
A Trendyol Super Lig match between Istanbulspor and Trabzonspor was suspended on Tuesday. Istanbulspor's President, Ecmel Faik Sarialioglu, withdrew his team from the pitch in protest against the referee's decisions.

Trabzonspor was leading 2-1 when Sarialioglu took action. Despite efforts by Trabzonspor's President Ertugrul Dogan and appeals from several Istanbulspor players, the team did not return to the game.
The match, held at Necmi Kadıoglu Stadium, saw Egyptian midfielder Trezeguet score the first goal for Trabzonspor in the 11th minute. Istanbulspor's Muammer Sarikaya equalized in the 39th minute, but Nigerian striker Paul Onuachu put Trabzonspor ahead again in the 68th minute.
The Turkish Football Federation (TFF) will determine the outcome of the suspended match.
