Francesco Bagnaia wins 2023 MotoGP World Championship
Francesco Bagnaia, riding for Ducati, secured his second consecutive MotoGP World Championship title on Sunday.

He triumphed in the Valencia Grand Prix with a time of 40 minutes and 58.5350 seconds, capping off a stellar season. The 26-year-old Italian amassed 467 points, outperforming Prima Pramac's Jorge Martin, who finished second with 428 points, and Mooney VR46 Racing's Marco Bezzecchi, who placed third with 329 points.
Bagnaia's remarkable season included 15 podium finishes, setting a new Ducati record for the most podiums in a single season. This achievement surpasses Casey Stoner's record of 14. Bagnaia joins the elite group of Italian riders with multiple premier-class world titles, following legends Giacomo Agostini, Valentino Rossi, and Umberto Masetti.
