Denmark Technical Director Hjulmand stated that he is happy that they made the round in EURO 2024

The Danish coach made statements at the press conference held after the match against Serbia at the Munich Football Arena in Group C of the tournament hosted by Germany.

The coach of the Danish team, who came second in the group with 3 draws, said, "We are very happy to have passed the group stage. We represent Danish football. We are doing a great job. I think our defense is really good and we have a few things to improve on offensively. I know we can do that, there are some great players in the tournament. I have a good feeling and I'm excited and we're proud to be out of the group right now. I think everyone in Danish football should be happy about that."

Hjulmand said that they will face hosts Germany in the last 16 round and added: "I think this is a great country when it comes to football. There is a lot of passion for the game and they are doing it for the right reasons. There are a lot of people in the stadiums. I really like football in Germany and I can't wait to play against Germany. They are a great team but we are a great team too. We also play good football against the big teams."
