Çalhanoğlu stars in Inter's 5-1 win over Monza
Turkish footballer Hakan Çalhanoğlu led Inter Milan to a resounding 5-1 victory over Monza in an away match for the 20th week of Italy's Serie A.

In this latest Serie A clash, Simone Inzaghi's Inter faced off against Raffaele Palladino's Monza. The game, held at the U-Power Stadium, saw the visitors emerge triumphant. Çalhanoğlu was the standout player, netting goals in the 12th minute (penalty) and again in the 60th. Lautaro Martinez contributed two goals for Inter, scoring in the 14th and 84th minutes (penalty), while Marcus Thuram added another in the 88th minute.
Çalhanoğlu achieved a career milestone, reaching ten goals in all competitions and marking his highest-scoring season with Inter.
With this victory, Inter solidified their top position with 51 points, while Monza remained at 25 points.
In the league's forthcoming matches, Inter is set to visit Fiorentina, and Monza will take on Empoli in an away game.
