Akturkoglu wins UEFA Champions League group stage goal vote

Galatasaray forward Kerem Akturkoglu secured victory in the UEFA Champions League Goal of the Group Stage vote. His remarkable goal against Manchester United's Andre Onana during matchday 5, which ended in a thrilling 3-3 draw, was crowned as the best goal.
Additionally, his teammate Tete's impressive volley against Copenhagen on matchday 1 secured the second spot, while Leipzig's Xavi Simons' remarkable long-range effort against Crvena Zvezda on matchday 3 secured the third position.
A total of over 166,000 votes were tallied in the 2023-24 UEFA Champions League Goal of the Group Stage poll.
It's worth noting that the previous two UEFA Champions League Goal of the Group Stage votes were dominated by Argentine superstar Lionel Messi.
