On social media, Nusret unveiled his plans for a comprehensive complex on Ibiza, comprising both a hotel and residences.

The entrepreneur, known for investments in premier tourist destinations like Dubai and New York, shared both construction site images and architectural plans with his followers. These give a glimpse into what the project will look like once completed.
