It is being considered to raise the fee for individuals leaving the country from 150 TL to 1,500 TL.

A document circulating on social media, allegedly from the Revenue Administration, claimed that the departure tax would be increased to 3,000 TL.

According to a report by CNBC-e, sources from the Ministry of Treasury and Finance stated that these claims are not true. They clarified that the presentation in question is based on an old date.
