Turkish stock market opens higher on Tuesday
Turkey's benchmark stock index started Tuesday on a positive note, gaining 0.31%, or 28.46 points, to open at 9,186.00 points.

The Borsa Istanbul's BIST 100 index had wrapped up Monday at 9,157.54 points, marking a 0.17% increase, alongside a daily trading volume of 108 billion Turkish liras ($3.32 billion).
The exchange rate for the US dollar to Turkish lira stood at 32.1440 by 9.57 a.m. local time (0657GMT), with the euro to lira rate at 34.5657, and the British pound trading at 40.3072 liras.
In commodities, Brent crude oil was priced at approximately $88.02 per barrel, and gold was valued at $2,275.45 per ounce.
