Turkish stock exchange rises at opening
The BIST 100 index opened up Tuesday, gaining 0.19% or 17.31 points, starting the session at 9,351.44 points compared to its previous close.

At the end of the previous session, the BIST 100 index had fallen by 0.43%, closing at 9,334.13 points with a trading volume of 133 billion Turkish liras ($4.28 billion).
As of 10:20 a.m. (GMT+3), the US dollar to Turkish lira (USD/TRY) exchange rate was 31.1390, the Euro to Turkish lira (EUR/TRY) exchange rate stood at 33.8490, and the British pound to Turkish lira (GBP/TRY) exchange rate was at 39.5060.
Gold was priced at $2,044.35 per ounce, while Brent oil traded around $81.90 per barrel.
